We trust that your purchase meets or exceeds your expectations! 

Each Whites of London product is quality checked prior to dispatch.

While transacting on the Whites of London website, you can expect a hassle-free experience in returning the Product that you have ordered and can rely on us as your preferred bed linen shopping destination.

The cancellation, return and refund policy, together with the terms set out by our procedures and policies in accepting product cancellation, return and refund thereof.

·     APPLICABILITY OF POLICY

By agreeing to use the Whites of London website and/or initiating a purchase from our website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions in this policy without any modification.

In case you are not in agreement to the terms of the said policy, we advise you to not purchase from our website.

Please note, we may from time to time change the terms of the policy that govern your return, refund or cancellation of an order from our website.

·     CANCELLATION OF PRODUCTS

(a)  All orders can be partially or completely cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. Please email us at sales@whitesoflondon.in to process your cancellation request.

(b)  On receipt of the cancellation request, we shall cancel the order and initiate the refund for the product(s) within 10 -15 business days from the receipt of the cancellation request from you. 

(c)    Please note for health and safety reasons we are unable to accept change of mind returns on the following items:

o   Pillow or mattress inserts after removal of protective wrapping

o   Used bedding such as sheets, pillowcases, and duvet.

o   Towels (face, hand , bath etc) that have been opened. 

·     RETURN OF PRODUCTS

Product(s) are return within a 7 day window, from the time of delivery to you the consumer, and applicable for a return if:

(a) We stand by the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. If your product is damaged or faulty, you can return the product for a refund or an exchange 

(b) The said product(s) are defective, presence of any stains or not in usable condition.

(c)  Product(s) ordered are different from what was ordered on the basis of the product description provided on the website.

(d) Product(s) are eligible for return if they are unused, in original condition, along with customer invoice, MRP tags attached, warranty cards etc present in the brand’s packaging. We would accept the request for return and subsequent refund of such product(s) subject to the terms of this policy.

(e) If any product received which is applicable for return in lieu of this policy, we request you to immediately email us with images. We will verify on our sole discretion if:

-      the defects and damages in the product(s) claimed are acceptable by us, or

-      the defects and damages in the product(s) as per images shared is acceptable by us

(f)   Your return will be processed only when the conditions stipulated by us are fulfilled at the time of return of the product(s), as per the points mentioned above.

(g) We will not accept the return of product(s):

-      If you have placed the order of the wrong product not limiting to colour or size.

-      Product is from a discounted or non-returnable category.

-      Failure to initiate return within the stipulated time as per our policy.

-      Any damage to the product(s) caused by your improper wearing or safekeeping of the product, or any modification or change to the Product by you the User or a third party. Any decision by us in this regard is final and binding.

-      Product(s) have been altered, unless proven as a vendor defect.

-      Price tags, brand tags, original packaging material has been damaged or discarded by you.

-      Presence of foul odour, perfume, stains, tears or damage on the product(s)

-      Product(s) purchased as a set, will not be accepted loosely / partly.

(h) We reserve the right to reject the return request of a product / set if it doesn’t satisfy the aforementioned conditions.

(i)   Shipping cost of the product back to us for return is to be borne by you the consumer.

(j)   Return of the product(s) will be not accepted at our physical store.

·     REFUND

(a) Please be informed that when you have opted for return of product(s), upon verification and assessment of the product(s), the refund amount for eligible items will be processed within a period of 10 –12 business working days from the date of verification.

(b) The refund amount will be credited to the original payment mode opted by you . You acknowledge that after initiation of refund, it may take additional time for your refund to reflect in your account which is subject to your financial institution or payment solution provider terms and conditions.

(c)  We do not make any cash refunds. Sometimes banks or financial intermediaries take a longer time to process the refund request. However, if the refund does not happen by the date advised, you may contact us, and we will gladly help you.

(d) Refund to be made to the consumer shall not include any amount paid towards shipping charges for returning the product or any other such charges applicable from time to time.

(e) It is clarified that we shall not make any refund (notifying you) and the product(s) will be retained by us the brand, that are deemed ineligible for a refund based on our verification and assessment.
